I have always been fascinated by Computers since my Spectrum 48k back in late 80s(!) They are now an indispensible tool in our 21st century reality.
Always working for others, mainly corporations, I keenly felt the contrast between the exceptional level of Customer Service I endeavoured to provide and the poor service the Customer would actually receive.
I resolved to do something about this and I did in 2009 - I started CJS Systems. the following excerpt is taken directly from my Business Plan and is heartfelt and geuine.
I would like to become a household name for PC Maintenance and Repair. I aim to do this by offering a first class service which exceeds all expectation. All my customers so far have fallen into that category. I have a dogged determination for fixing problems and ensure that the work is completed to the customer’s satisfaction. Moreover, I attempt to explain all that I have done which assures the customer that work undertaken has been necessary and appropriate.I strongly believe that this philosophy engenders trust and loyalty in customers and perpetuates further sales. I also believe that advertising in conjunction with continued customer satisfaction will lead to strong and sustainable growth of the Business.
I am very confident of my abilities but not arrogant. I often say to my customers “Between Google and I, there’s not a lot we don’t know!"
As a Sole Trader working from home and in Customers' premises, I am able to pass on the savings made on having very low overheads to YOU, the Customer.
I appreciate people's working patterns can be quite erratic, and I have called at Customer's houses at 06:45 and 23:30 in extremis. In other words, I aim to fit the Services I provide around you. In any event, you are welcome to have your PC or Laptop fixed at my home should this prove more satisfactory.
