Chris has helped me on several occasions to clear viruses and other problems . And everytime he has fixed them. I permit him to come onboard my laptop and he can navigate around and do what needs to be done. Definitely gets a 10 out of 10 recommendation from me.

Very quickly, Chris established I had a faulty memory module. This was remedied and I also now know how to access my emails from other devices!

Neither my partner nor I are very technical. We were therefore totally stumped when our broadband kept going off and we could get no joy from our Internet Company.

He also sorted out my son's online gaming which was so jerky as to be unplayable. Oh and he replaced a broken fan inside his laptop for a fraction of the price I had been quoted by the laptop company.
